General Information
The rates and terms described below apply to the following types of work:
- Hardware repairs
- Software setup, installation, repair
- Hardware installation (example: install CD-rom or hard drive)
- Anti-virus and adware removal
- Training and consultation
All work requires a signed agreement prior to arrival at your site.
All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
"Spot" Rate Card
These are the prices charged when no maintenance contract is in effect. If you call us for a repair or any other problem or issue and there is no maintenance contract in effect, these are the rates we will charge. Maintenance Contract Customers receive a preferred rate for additional services.
General Note on Rates: these rates apply to a radius around Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio, that includes: Mason, Deerfield Twp., Maineville, Morrow, Waynesville, Centerville, Washington Township, Springboro, Franklin, Butler County (includes Middletown) east of Rt. 4, Monroe, and West Chester. A trip charge may apply to visits outside this area.

Note 1: Time is charged in 15 minute increments.
Note 2: No charge will be due if the service call is completely unproductive, which means that not even a diagnosis of a problem was made. This will not apply in situations where the customer has asked for emergency response on short notice or outside normal business hours; or where the customer has insisted upon a service call.
Maintenance Contract Rates
These rates apply to new maintenance contracts. The advantages of a maintenance contract are that you minimize random problems with your computers, and you also reduce your total cost. Maintenance contracts make sense when you know that you need us to maintain a continued presence to support your staff with their computer needs.
The bottom line is - $70 per hour effective rate to you if you prepay 8 hours of time - four visits at 2 hours per visit at a time.

Note 1: This is a reduction from the standard hourly rate. Prepayment Required for Discount. Minimum purchase is eight hours of discounted time.
Note 2: The rate reduction allowed by the maintenance contract will be in force for a period up to 8 weeks from the first service call under the maintenance contract.
Note 3: Time not used is not refunded except due to our inability to deliver the service.
Note 4: Allowed time not used on any given visit (2 hour minimum charged to account per visit) is not refunded or credited. Minimum contract expires in 8 weeks if not used.
